All orders placed on this website are non-refundable. Orders may be delayed due to unavoidable factors such as resin being a free flowing substance and product creation occurring during the design/production process.
However, if the buyer wishes to cancel the transaction, Woodensure will retain 25% of the entire payment as development costs.

You agree to indemnify and hold woodensure.com, their officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, or actions, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed as a result of or arising from your breach of these Conditions of Use or any document incorporated by reference, or your violation of any law, rules, regulations, or the rights of a third party.
