Shipping Policy
At WoodEnsure, we take great care in delivering your products and collaborate exclusively with reputable national courier services. We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within India.
Shipping times may vary, as each craftsman and artisan follows a unique process. Estimated shipping times for individual products can be found on the respective product pages under "Shipping Information." For customized orders, we will inform you of the revised shipping timelines separately via email, phone, WhatsApp, or SMS.
Our courier partners deliver shipments between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Please note that Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days. Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or other disruptions in transportation.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send your shipment tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
Orders are processed immediately upon payment confirmation. However, cancellations and modifications are permitted within a specific timeframe.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, subject to applicable payment gateway charges.
Once production has commenced, a 30% cancellation fee of the total order value will be applicable.
If the order is canceled after production is completed or has been shipped, a cancellation fee of up to 60% may apply, depending on the situation.
If you need to modify the shipping address, please request the change before the order is dispatched from our warehouse. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate address changes once the order has been shipped.
